Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Adaalen, Adaalen Global LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to our unique and custom-made approach to fashion, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once an order is placed. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them.

Easy Exchange Process

  1. Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase handy!

  2. Initiating an Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@adaalen.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order ID and details about the size you wish to exchange. Our team will respond within 24 hours with further instructions.

  3. Pickup Arrangements: Upon accepting your return, we'll arrange for a pickup with our partnered logistics. Please note that items returned without a prior request may not be accepted.

  4. Assistance: Any questions about returns? Feel free to reach out at support@adaalen.com.

Damages and Issues Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If there’s any issue with the item (defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item), contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund in these cases. We're committed to making it right.

Exchange Limitations:

  • Exchanges are limited to size changes and are subject to availability.

  • Only one exchange is permitted per item.

  • If the desired size is not available, we will issue store credit.

  • Some items, like bandana masks, undergarments, and custom products (special orders or personalized items), aren’t returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons. Please understand that final sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Store Credit:

In case of a return for store credit, we will issue a unique code to your registered email. This code can be used for future purchases online.


Store Credit Validity:

Store credit issued post Feb 2024 is valid for three months from the date of issue.
