Adaalen provides a quick and uncomplicated '15-days return/exchange’ policy to its customers. An item purchased from Adaalen can be returned for refund within 15 days from the date of shipment.
Something I ordered is Defective
If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we'll do what we can to make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.
Typically refunds clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(3-4 weeks) for this to process.
Tracking
1. You should receive an email and SMS within 2-3 business days that your order has been shipped.
2. Please click on the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email and SMS to track your orders.
Orders Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your order (clothing size, shipping address, etc) or cancel your order, the request must be sent via email to support@adaalen.com within 12 HOURS of placing your order.
After 12 hours, all orders are final, including those in which you entered the wrong shipping address - no refunds will be allowed as we have already processed and shipped your order to that address.
RETURN POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly from Adaalen.
Non-eligible Items:
- Final sale items, including but not limited to, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and personalized/customized items, cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase in case of defect or damages and in the form of store credit for any other reason.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- In cases where the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

- Provide a clear description of the issue and attach photos, if possible, to expedite the resolution process.
